precious moment of the week:
it's halloween week at work, and the kids went 'trick or treating' around camp. at one stop, they got necklaces.
a, 5 year old camper: can you tie my necklace again?
me: of course. i really like this one. do you like cats?
a: yup. i have a cat. do you have one?
me: i used to have one who looked like the one on your necklace.
a: it died, didn't it?
me: yeah.
a: that's really sad. what was its name?
me: his name was silky.
a: that's what i named my necklace because it looks like your cat.
then i almost lost it.
