anna: so, my data is gone unless i pay a third party company to retrieve my data for me. correct?
Samuel : Yes, Anna. You will need to contact any third party companies/stores with data recovery facilities to retrieve information from the JumpDrive.
anna: that is absolutely ridiculous. i did not do anything to make my jump drive defective, yet i still have to pay for it.
Samuel : I understand your frustration.
Samuel : To recover images/music files from digital memory cards, we do have a software called Image Rescue™. Unfortunately, we do not have a recovery program/tools for USB flash drives.
anna: you should talk to your software developers about creating a program for that. i'm sure with faulty products, they could make a killing.
Samuel : I apologize for this inconvenience caused.
Samuel : We suggest that you contact any third party companies/stores with data recovery facilities to rescue the data from the drive.
anna: i'm a college student. i can't pay for that.
Samuel : I'm sorry that I could not help you with this.
